Joshua Terrell started Central Ohio Cleaning and Repair Services to give homeowners one team they could call for cleaning, HVAC, furnace, and appliance needs — instead of three.

Joshua grew up in Central Ohio and spent years working alongside HVAC technicians and cleaning crews before deciding homeowners deserved a simpler option. He founded Central Ohio Cleaning and Repair Services to combine both trades under one dependable, locally owned business based right in Dublin, Ohio.
Today Joshua leads a growing group of vetted technicians who handle everything from a Saturday-morning house cleaning to a mid-winter furnace repair, all coordinated through the same easy scheduling system.
